What Is a Person of Significant Control, and Why It Matters for Sales

PSC Data
Since 2016, UK companies must declare their Persons of Significant Control: anyone holding more than 25% of shares or voting rights, or otherwise exercising control.
For sales and research this is useful straight away. The PSC is usually the founder or owner, the person who can actually say yes.
PSC data also reveals group structures. When the same person controls five companies, one good conversation can open five doors.
Company Explore shows PSC information on every company profile, alongside directors and shareholders, so you can see the whole picture before you reach out.
