• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Free Tier: Limited access to basic company data and features.

Paid Subscriptions: Enhanced access to premium features including enriched B2B exports, financial history, and monitoring. Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled.

Refunds: We offer a 7-day free trial on paid subscriptions. After the trial period, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download data in violation of rate limits
• Redistribute our data commercially without authorization
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Interfere with or disrupt our services

6. Intellectual Property

The Company Explore platform, including its design, features, and content (excluding Companies House data), is protected by intellectual property rights. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary materials without permission.

7. Data Accuracy

We source data from official registries including Companies House. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free. Company data should be verified through official sources for legal or compliance purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Company Explore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these terms or any other reason. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
